1- Give a
short summary of this story (in your own
words in an elaborate answer):
In this story a rugby team travels from Uruguay to
Chile to play a match. The plane wasn’t full so they invite friends and family.
The plane was not supposed to pass through the Andes but somehow the pilot made
a mistake and they crashed. Only a few passengers survived but days later other
few were killed and only 16 remain alive. They were rescued thanks to two of
the survivors Nando and Roberto who had made an expedition and found a farmer
who helped them. The next day they retourn to the mountains to rescue the other
survivors. They were rescued 72 days later of the crash.

think about eating the pilot?
It
was okay because if I was in that situation maybe I will do the same
3- What
was the most shocking aspect of HUMAN EXPERIENCE you think they went through?
That they saw how their friends and family died. They
experience a very cold weather. And that they need to eat their own people for
survive.
4- What
do you think you would have done differently?
I would start to ask for help before. And trying more
ways.
5- What
two relatives did Nando lose on the mountain?
His mother and sister
6-
How long did the last survivors stay in the Andes before they were
rescued? 72 days.
7- Is there anything that you
admire them for?
Their
strength, and that they never give up.
8- Overall,
what did you think of this story?
I think that is an amazing story, it is admirable how
they survive, their motivation and how they took up the experience.
